Trump, in a tweet, called himself a “very stable genius.” Twitter users responded with references ranging from Wile E. Coyote to "I Am the Very Model of a Modern Major-General."

Trump hit back at questions over whether he is mentally fit for office in a series of tweets early Saturday, during which he claimed, “throughout my life, my two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart.”



Questions surrounding the president’s mental health have emerged around the release of Michael Wolff’s bombshell book, “Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House.”


It was also revealed earlier this week that a group of lawmakers met with a psychiatrist last month for a briefing on Trump’s mental health.

Twitter quickly responded to Trump’s claim of being a “very stable genius."
