Eric Trump shoots down UFO sighting at Trump Turnberry

Eric Trump says aliens aren't scouting out President Trump's Scottish golf course, chalking up a "UFO" sighting to the reflection of ceiling lights.

The 34-year-old son of the commander in chief offered that explanation Thursday for what was shaping up to be a martian mystery after the Daily Mail Online reported a golf fan had snapped a photo of "mysterious objects" flying over Trump Turnberry.

According to the site, a user on the website UFO Stalker said his niece had taken the photo during a stay last month at Trump's luxury resort.

"She emailed the picture because I like to play golf, and when I looked at it closely I saw four strange disc shaped objects in the background which she said she had not noticed when taking the picture," the user wrote. "Can you help me identify these UFOs? Any ideas?"

But Eric Trump, the executive vice president of the Trump Organization, was quick to put the kibosh on any extraterrestrials getting a glimpse of the first family's golf swings.
