It’ll soon be time to get your garden on at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., with the White House announcing this year’s dates for annual tours of its outdoor grounds.

The gardens and grounds of the White House will be open to visitors on Oct. 20 and 21, it was announced Wednesday.

The free event gives gardengoers a glimpse at the South Lawn, the Jacqueline Kennedy Garden, the Rose Garden and the White House Kitchen Garden.

Tickets are required for the nature-filled festivities, including for small children, according to the White House.

Passes will be doled out by the National Park Service on a first come, first served basis each morning of the garden tours starting at 8:30 a.m. near the entry point at the intersection of 15th Street and Constitution Avenue.
