Comedian Chelsea Handler lamented on Twitter the confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court on Saturday.

“We are stronger than this bullshit,” she continued. “We can fight and fight and we may not see the results right away, but we will see them. Our daughters will see them.”
“Don’t give up. Fight harder,” added Handler, who announced last year that she would be leaving her eponymous Netflix talk show to devote more of her time to political organizing.

Her remarks came as Kavanaugh faced public scrutiny following sexual misconduct allegations from multiple accusers, each of which he has strongly denied.
Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and former Justice Anthony Kennedy swore Kavanaugh in as an associate justice to the Supreme Court in a private ceremony Saturday after the Senate confirmed him in a 50-48 vote.
