Emmy winner Seth MacFarlane and Golden Globe nominee Sienna Miller are set to join an upcoming Showtime limited series on Roger Ailes, the late Fox News Chairman and CEO, according to the premium cable network.

MacFarlane will play Brian Lewis, Fox News’s former public relations chief for over 17 years and one of Ailes’s closest confidantes and supporters. Miller will take on the role of former NBC news producer Elizabeth "Beth" Ailes, who married Roger Ailes, 22 years her senior, shortly after the founding of Fox News.

MacFarlane is most famously known for his creation of the television show “Family Guy” and his films “Ted,” “Ted 2” and “A Million Ways to Die in the West.” Miller is known for her roles in movies such as “Factory Girl,” “Foxcatcher” and “American Sniper,” among others.

The limited series will feature eight episodes based on a 2014 book by then-New York magazine reporter Gabriel Sherman, "The Loudest Voice in the Room: How the Brilliant, Bombastic Roger Ailes Built Fox News — and Divided a Country."

The two actors join Russell Crowe as the title character. The cast also features Naomi Watts as Gretchen Carlson, the former Fox News anchor who sued Ailes in 2016 for allegedly firing her after she turned down his sexual advances.

Carlson’s accusations were the first of many sexual misconduct claims that ultimately led to Ailes’s ouster from the company in July 2016.

Ailes died in May 2017 at age 77, ten months after his departure from Fox News, which he brough into the mainstream and turned  into the top-rated cable news outlet in the country.
