Trump tweets video of 2005 ‘Green Acres’ Emmy Awards performance to hype farm bill signing

President Trump on Thursday shared a video of him reenacting the “Green Acres” theme song with actress Megan Mullally to hype up the farm bill he will sign into law on Thursday.
{mosads}”Farm Bill signing in 15 minutes!” Trump tweeted along with a video of his and Mullally’s performance at the 2005 Emmy Awards.
Trump, appearing in overalls and carrying a pitchfork, performed the theme song for the classic sitcom, “Green Acres,” which was about a New York City couple who moved to the country to farm.

The video was shared shortly before Trump arrived to a signing ceremony for the farm bill, formally called the Agriculture Improvement Act.
Lawmakers passed a $400 billion farm bill that reauthorized agriculture and conservation programs earlier this year.
Mullally appeared to respond minutes later with a pair of tweets expressing shame and embarrassment:
