The performer — who’s married to reality TV star Kim Kardashian West — has made headlines for his vocal support of Trump. In October, cameras rolled as West — sporting a pro-Trump “Make America Great Again” hat — engaged in a wild and freewheeling meeting with the commander in chief in the Oval Office that touched on issues including African-American employment, the 13th Amendment, his personal mental-health challenges, prison reform and urban revitalization.

But weeks later, 41-year-old West said he was taking a break from politics and “focusing on being creative.”

On Tuesday, West announced that he would soon be wearing his “MAGA” hat again:
