Cardi B says Jussie Smollett has “f---ed up Black History Month” with reports emerging that he may have staged an alleged assault in Chicago.

“I’m really disappointed in Jussie Smollett,” Cardi B said in a Monday Instagram video.

“I feel like he f---ed up Black History Month, bro,” added the 26-year-old performer, who was born Belcalis Almánzar.

Smollett, who stars on Fox’s “Empire,” told Chicago police last month that he was assaulted by two men who beat him, placed a rope around his neck and poured an unknown chemical substance on him. The Chicago Police Department had said to ITK in a statement that it was investigating the alleged attack as a “possible hate crime” after Smollett told them the men screamed racial and homophobic slurs at him.

But authorities now believe that Smollett orchestrated the attack against himself and paid two men to stage it, CNN reported Sunday, citing police sources.

"We can confirm that the information received from the individuals questioned by police earlier in the Empire case has in fact shifted the trajectory of the investigation," a Chicago Police spokesman said on Saturday.

“Like damn,” Cardi B said of the Smollett case.

“I’m not going to say yet, until he say out of his mouth that it was fake and this shit was staged,” she continued, before suggesting without evidence that there was a possibility that Smollett was being “framed” to “make it look like he’s a liar.”

“But if he’s not, then bro he f---ed up for real,” the Grammy Award winner said.

“And why would you do that?” Cardi B asked. “Then you give f---ing Donald TrumpDonald TrumpMeghan McCain: Democrats 'should give a little credit' to Trump for COVID-19 vaccine Trump testing czar warns lockdowns may be on table if people don't get vaccinated Overnight Health Care: CDC details Massachusetts outbreak that sparked mask update | White House says national vaccine mandate 'not under consideration at this time' MORE immunity to laugh at n----s and shit, to make motherf---ers look bad. The Bronx-born entertainer has made headlines in recent weeks for her blunt take on politics and her criticism of Trump. Cardi B said of Trump in a video last month, “His legacy, he wants to go down as that bad person.”
