Journalists closed out an untraditional White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) dinner with a spirited event late Saturday, reveling at the MSNBC and NBC News after-party.

The bash at the Italian Embassy in Washington, D.C. immediately followed the annual — and this year President Trump-less — correspondents’ dinner.

{mosads}Countless reporters, personalities, and execs from the networks were among the partygoers at the invite-only event, including: NBC News and MSNBC Chairman Andy Lack, Andrea Mitchell, Chris Jansing, MSNBC President Phil Griffin, Peter Alexander, NBC President Noah Oppenheim, Kelly O’Donnell, Geoff Bennett, Ali Velshi, Stephanie Ruhle, Kristen Welker and Hallie Jackson.

The entire NBC News White House team was seen braving intermittent rain to pose for a snapshot in front of an oversized peacock logo following the 10th annual after-party.

Even some potential cable news rivals joined in on the shindig, with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer and Kate Bolduan eyed among the immense crowd.

Trump — who has called the “fake news media” the “enemy of the people” — skipped the WHCA dinner for the third year in a row. For the first time in recent history, the correspondents’ association opted for a non-comedian to serve as the evening’s headliner, with historian Ron Chernow delivering remarks. Earlier this week, the White House directed administration officials not to attend the annual event.

The directive apparently didn’t apply to ex-administration officials. Gary Cohn, Trump’s former chief economic adviser, was one of the night’s guests. At one point, Cohn’s wife, Lisa Pevaroff-Cohn, approached a reporter and complimented her dress as “the most beautiful of the night.”

The dinner’s organizers said a donation was made in the name of attendees to the Committee to Protect Journalists.
