The Duke and Duchess of Sussex appeared before cameras for the first time on Wednesday with their newborn son, who is seventh in line for the throne of the United Kingdom.
The duchess, former American actress Meghan Markle, delivered the baby on Monday. The infant has yet to be named.
“It’s magic, it’s pretty amazing. I have the two best guys in the world so I’m really happy," Meghan said at the reveal after leaving the hospital and returning to Windsor Castle, according to reports.
Harry said the baby has "the sweetest temperament, he’s really calm.”
“I don’t know who he gets that from," he added.
The queen is slated to visit the family later in the afternoon at Windsor Castle, according to The Guardian.
The couple was congratulated by former first lady Michelle Obama, among other U.S. figures. Their son is a dual U.K. and U.S. citizen by birth.
“Thank you everybody for all the well wishes and kindness, it just means so much," the duchess added on Wednesday.
