Buttigieg spotted posing with restaurant staff after DC breakfast

The South Bend, Ind., mayor and 2020 Democratic presidential candidate was eyed Thursday posing for a snapshot with the cooking pros at Carmine's restaurant in Washington. 


After delivering remarks and shaking hands at a breakfast event at the Italian hot spot, an ITK spy says Buttigieg asked the general manager to bring the entire kitchen staff out. 

"He apparently makes it a point to thank the people who make the food for his events," a source who was there tells ITK.
