Lance Armstrong brags about blowing the ‘doors off’ Pence on a bike path

Former professional cyclist Lance Armstrong says he “blew the f—– doors off” Vice President Pence on a bike path over the weekend.
I can’t drop many people on a bike these days but I just blew the fuckin’ doors off Mike Pence on a Nantucket bike path. Day. Made.

Many Twitter users quickly defended the vice president, reminding the champion cyclist that Pence isn’t necessarily fair competition.
{mosads}“Wow! A professional cyclist beats a non-professional. Impressive! SPOILER ALERT: I think you can beat me on a bike trail, too. Enjoy that attention you ordered,” one Twitter user said.

He’s 13 years older than you and was never a professional cyclist.

Several users referenced Armstrong’s use of performance-enhancing drugs and the resulting scandal. Armstrong was stripped of seven Tour de France titles and forced to return the millions in prize money he received after admitting to the drug use in 2013.
You literally cheated to get famous and now you’re bragging about going faster on a bike than a guy who’s never raced in his life. Nice, dude.

Armstrong tweeted again Saturday, telling his followers that “Some people can’t take a joke or even having a little fun on twitter. Lightin’ the f— up people. But seriously, I did blow his doors off!!”
Alyssa Farah, Pence’s press secretary, retweeted Armstrong’s tweet on her personal account:
Couldn’t quite hang onto those Tour de France titles, but hey, at least you beat Karen & Mike Pence on a leisurely bike ride! Congrats? https://t.co/rO2imHtBN2
