Eric Trump, 35, announced his daughter's birth Monday just before midnight. The couple previously announced that they were expecting in April.

Carolina Dorothy Trump joins the Trumps' first child, their son Luke, who was born in 2017. Eric and Lara married in 2014.


Carolina's birth marks the 10th grandchild of the president, 72, who has four adult children and one younger son, Barron, who is 13.

Lara Trump posted the first picture of the new baby Tuesday morning, writing "Family of FOUR!" in a captioned post on Instagram.
