The former first lady sent her husband Valentine's wishes on Friday, tweeting a snowy throwback photo of Obama with the couple's daughters, Sasha and Malia:


The 58-year-old ex-commander in chief reciprocated the tender sentiment with his own "awww"-inducing message:

The Obamas celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary last October. 

It's not the first time they have shared Valentine's Day tributes to one another on social media. Last year, Obama called his wife "extraordinarily smart, beautiful, funny" and posted a photo of her on Twitter appearing to snap her fingers on a dance floor. "It’s true; she does get down to Motown," he said.
