In the revamped version of the 2006 song available on his website, Young slams Trump as a leader "scared of his own shadow” and suggests Biden is the right choice to reunite the country.

The man who stood behind him has to take his place somehow,” Young sings. “America has a leader building walls around our house. Don’t know Black lives matter, and we got to vote him out.”

Young condemned Trump last week for using two of his songs — "Like a Hurricane" and "Rockin' in the Free World" — during a Fourth of July celebration ahead of the president’s address to a crowd in South Dakota.

In an open letter to Trump on Monday, Young repeated his request for the president to stop playing his music at his events. However, Young suggested that Trump listen to his 2020 version of "Lookin' for a Leader," which he said would "be an interesting addition" to his next rally.
