Sarah Jessica Parker helps launch 'Moms for Biden' in Ohio

Actress Sarah Jessica Parker helped launch a “Moms for Biden” initiative in Ohio Thursday in support of Democratic presidential nominee Joe BidenJoe BidenHarris says she has 'not yet' spoken to Pence Kamala Harris, Stacey Abrams among nominees for Time magazine's 2020 Person of the Year Obama: Republican Party members believe 'white males are victims' MORE.

Parker, an Ohio native, appeared as a special guest during a virtual community roundtable hosted in Columbus, Ohio, on Thursday.

Women from across the state discussed the challenges facing parents, as well as Biden and vice presidential nominee Sen. “Join us for an evening of conversation with women who know that America needs the steady, unifying, experienced leadership of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to build our country back better,” the campaign event's website stated.

The event also featured Euclid, Ohio, resident Joy Kennedy, who is an attorney and mother, according to Ohio’s Fox8.

Biden's wife, Jill Biden, hosted a Moms for Biden kickoff event in July alongside actress Jennifer Garner. 

Harris on Wednesday hosted an event focused on “how Minnesota families, specifically those in communities disproportionately impacted by COVID-19, are navigating the challenges of returning to school during the pandemic,” according to a statement from the campaign.
