A company called FCTRY recently launched a Kickstarter page for its 6-inch, lab coat-sporting version of the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, one of the most prominent members of the Trump administration’s coronavirus task force.

The $20 Fauci figure comes equipped with a number of COVID-19 fighting features.

"With his removable mask, perfectly fitted glasses, coifed hair, never wrinkled lab coat and undeniable Brooklyn swagger, the Dr. Fauci action figure is a spitting image of his real life counterpart (sans hand sanitizer)," FCTRY said in a statement announcing the figure's release.

The toymaker says Fauci "won't crack under pressure" because he's crafted with acrylic-based plastic. The Fauci model is being sold alongside the company's latest Pelosi figure, and FCTRY says it's donating $1 to the League of Women Voters for every figurine of the lawmaker it sells.

“While Dr. Fauci may go down in history books as a key figure during a very trying time, in reality, it's all medical personnel and essential workers that deserve the superhero treatment.” FCTRY co-founder Jason Feinberg said in a statement.

But Fauci fans will likely have to wait to get their hands on the good doctor — orders aren't expected to ship until February 2021.
