In the video, members of the original cast, including Martin Sheen, Bradley Whitford, Richard Schiff, Rob Lowe, Allison Janney, Dulé Hill and Janel Moloney are seen performing a theatrical stage version of the third season episode "Hartsfield's Landing."
The Aaron Sorkin-created political drama aired on NBC from 1999 until 2006.
Actors Samuel L. Jackson and Elisabeth Moss are also poised to appear on next week's TV special.
The "West Wing" event is to promote When We All Vote, the voter registration and engagement organization Obama launched in 2018.
