Mike Huckabee ought to stay in the running for the Republican presidential nomination. Of course, especially in light of the recent news of former President George H.W. Bush's endorsement of Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), it is also fair to ask whether Huckabee has not been eliminated in all but the strictest mathematical sense of the word.
