House Republicans announced their third annual New Media Challenge last week. The contest offers members a chance to compete against each other to build engagement and gain new followers on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. Fleming won the last two contests in a row.

The first week of the GOP New Media Challenge began on Monday. The contest runs head-to-head match-ups in brackets and the first week of eliminations is based on the number of new Twitter followers each member gets. Rep.
