Kate Hallahan, former Democratic clerk on the House Appropriations subcommittee on transportation, will work on the account.


TRANSPORTATION. A nonprofit organization promoting trail development, Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, hired Summit Strategies Government Affairs to work on the FAST Act Reauthorization, the surface transportation bill that expires in 2020. Jim Kolb, former staff director for the House Transportation Highways and Transit Subcommittee, will work on the account.


PRIVACY. The Project for Privacy and Surveillance Accountability, a nonpartisan group of citizens who advocate for privacy and civil liberties, hired The McKeon Group to work on privacy and surveillance accountability issues. Former Rep.
