GE Aviation hired Mehlman Castagnetti Rosen & Thomas Inc. to lobby on general aviation, defense, appropriations and environmental issues. Mike Robinson, former GOP director of coalitions and member services for the House Appropriations Committee, will work on the account.


The Association of Administrative Law Judges hired Meltsner Strategies to lobby on issues related to the hiring of administrative law judges and case quotas. Jim Meltsner, former acting deputy assistant secretary of Commerce for legislative affairs, will work on the account.
