Ernst & Young named Ruchi Bhowmik incoming global vice chair of public policy, effective on July 8. She returns to EY from PepsiCo, where she was senior vice president for global public policy and government affairs. From 2013 to 2017, she was EY’s director of strategic initiatives in the Office of the Global Chairman.

The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) promoted Emily Feenstra to managing director of government relations and infrastructure initiatives. Prior to the ASCE, she was the deputy director of the U.S. Water Alliance.

Rich Masters was named executive vice president for public affairs at BIO. He will leave his post as executive vice president at Qorvis Communications.


The American Enterprise Institute hired Jillian Wheeler, former communications director for the congressional Joint Economic Committee, as associate director of government relations.

Kelsey Suter is a vice president at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner. She left her post as associate director of public relations company APCO Worldwide, where she worked since September 2017. 

The U.S Chamber of Commerce named Sabrina Fang senior director of media relations. Fang was the senior communications associate at the American Petroleum Institute (API) since January 2019 and before that a media representative since March 2011. For two years prior to her work at the API, she was the director of marketing and communications at the Washington Humane Society.
