Lyft named David Bonelli and Lauren Smith as senior managers of federal public policy. Bonelli was senior attorney at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and before that counsel on the Senate Commerce Committee. Smith was policy counsel at the Future of Privacy Forum and before that policy adviser for the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.

Jenn Morris was named vice president of communications at Anheuser-Busch and will be based in New York. She previously was a consultant for a year and before that senior vice president of corporate and public affairs at Edelman. 

 

Kelly Ogburn, previously a senior associate for Hamilton Place Strategies, is now director of communications for the Georgetown Institute of Politics and Public Service at the McCourt School of Public Policy. She was also communications director for the Democratic Latino Organization of Virginia in 2016.

 

The National Council for Behavioral Health announced Reyna Taylor is the new vice president of public policy, effective Aug. 19. Reyna previously worked in patient assistance and advocacy in government affairs at Lundbeck US.
