Squire Patton Boggs announced former Colorado GOP state Rep. Cole Wist is returning to the firm. He will be of counsel in the environmental, safety and health practice and based in Denver. Cole was an associate at the firm in 1997 and was a partner from 1998 to 2008, during which he led the Denver office's litigation practice. In 2016, he left to serve in the Colorado state House and lost his reelection bid in 2018.
