Federal Street Strategies announced that Andy Jones will be a lobbyist at the firm. Jones previously was a consultant to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and legislative director and counsel for Rep. Ben Ray Luján (D-N.M.). Before that, he was an aide to ex-Reps. Ken Bentsen (D-Texas) and Rubén Hinojosa (D-Texas).

Defense product company Anduril Industries hired Megan Milam as its head of government relations. She previously was director of policy and strategic planning at the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration under President Trump and before that was deputy comptroller in the Office of the Secretary of Defense during the Trump administration. She was also a professional staff member for Republicans on the House Appropriations Committee for more than six years.

Brian Keeter joined APCO Worldwide as senior director. Keeter previously worked at Auburn University as executive director of public affairs for 14 years. Before that, he was associate administrator for public affairs at the Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration under former President George W. Bush.

Software company Wickr Inc. hired Blake Moore as vice president of strategy and operations. He previously was chief of staff to the chief information officer at the Department of Defense during the Trump administration. Before joining the administration, he was senior director of operations at software company Splunk Inc.
