She previously was director of federal government affairs at the Internet Association and was senior legislative assistant to ex-Rep. Suzy Jacobs will be chief operating officer at Finesca, a financial security trade association that was launched through the merger of Association for Advanced Life Underwriting/General Agents and Managers Association (AALU/GAMA). Arnold & Porter named Kirk Jenkins a senior counsel in the firm’s appellate and Supreme Court practice, based in its San Francisco office. He previously was a partner at law firms Horvitz & Levy LLP and Sedgwick LLP.
