The National Marine Manufacturers Association added Tillie Fowler as senior vice president of government relations and regulatory affairs. Fowler previously held government affairs positions at the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Boeing and served as chief of staff to former Rep. Ginny Brown-Waite (R-Fla.).

The National Association of Broadcasters hired Anna Chauvet as vice president of public policy. Chauvet most recently served as associate general counsel at the U.S. Copyright Office.
