A concert-goer tells us the outspoken “Give Me All Your Luvin' ” singer then ripped off her shirt to reveal she had “Obama” painted on her toned physique from left to right.

It’s not the first time the 54-year-old entertainer has bared a message on her bod. At a concert in Moscow last month, Madonna had the words “Pussy Riot” written on her back. The move was to protest the prosecution of a Russian punk band of the same name that ended up being sentenced to two years in prison for an anti-government protest.
