Probably not, since the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum isn't scheduled to ship them until August 2020. But for $25 each you can preorder the two talking bobbleheads, which each play three phrases. And yes, Carole Baskin's bobblehead does say her now-famous catchphrase.

Carole Baskin is the founder and CEO of Big Cat Rescue, and was featured in the docuseries as the arch nemesis of Joe Exotic. Exotic, a former Oklahoma zoo operator, was later convicted of plotting to kill Carole Baskin, along with additional charges for animal abuse, and is serving a 22-year sentence in federal prison.
The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum partnered with Carole and Howard Baskin to produce the bobbleheads, one which shows Carole kneeling next to a tiger and another with Howard waving the Big Cat Public Safety Act, a proposed bill currently under the consideration of Congress.
