Innovating to Improve Patient Health: A Solutions Conversation

From tools to improve medication access and adherence, to strategies for preventing and managing chronic disease, patients have access to new health care resources that offer them greater control of their health. In addition, stakeholders have adopted value-based models that are exploring new ways to improve the delivery of effective health care.

How can industry stakeholders better position patients to benefit from these resources? How are employers, health plans, federal and state governments and others innovating to improve health outcomes and get the most out of their health care dollars? What's working well, and what public and private-sector initiatives should we consider in the future?

The Hill gathered key policymakers, health industry representatives, employers and providers for a wide ranging conversation highlighting solutions to improve patient outcomes.
