The Intercept's Washington bureau chief Ryan Grim joined Hill.TV's "Rising" on Tuesday to discuss primary challenges to incumbents in Michigan, Washington state and Missouri.

"This is the second time [the Congressional Progressive Caucus have] really intervened in a race," Grim said of the race to replace Heck, who is retiring. "At least $150,000 behind [Beth] Doglio."
