Trump retweets fan images praising him, attacking Obama

The images were shared by Trump fan accounts “The Trump Train” and “America First.”

One photo is an edited “Peanuts” cartoon, featuring Charlie Brown saying: “Obama says Trump is doing a terrible job, then he takes the credit for how well the country is doing under Trump.”

Another simply says, “Thank God For Trump,” over a photo of the president.


A third, which credits the Instagram account @RememberMilitary, shows an image of a young man apparently standing up from his wheelchair as members of the military walk by in a parade.

“This little boy is attempting to stand for the national anthem without the use of his legs,” the caption reads. “If he can stand, so can you!”

Trump regularly uses his Twitter account to target his political opponents, make policy announcements and fire back at negative media coverage.

He has retweeted images and memes from supporters in the past, including some that have attacked media organizations, journalists and Hillary Clinton.
