"It wouldn't bother me at all," Trump said at a White House news conference when asked if he is OK with the FBI interviewing all three of Kavanaugh's accusers.
Trump said he heard the woman, Julie Swetnick, had "very little credibility" but has no problem with the FBI carrying out a comprehensive probe.
The woman in a declaration last week accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of being present for high school parties where gang rapes took place.
Kavanaugh has forcefully denied the allegations.
The FBI is investigating the claims of Christine Blasey Ford, who testified last week that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her when the two were in high school.
It is also reportedly interviewing a woman who claims Kavanaugh exposed himself to her when the two were undergraduate students at Yale.
Kavanaugh has denied both women's accounts.
