Jones defeated Republican Roy Moore in an upset Tuesday night.

Moore had been facing accusations of sexual misconduct with young girls since last month, including that he had a sexual encounter with a 14-year-old girl when he was 32. He had denied the allegations.

Trump endorsed Moore in the election last week despite the allegations.
