"With control of the House, and possibly the Senate, on the line, the California Democrat is expected to face an array of domestic and foreign policy questions as Congress continues to struggle with how to find common ground on issues ranging the 700,000 undocumented immigrants protected under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program to taxes," reads the network announcement.
"The town hall is taking place in the run up to President Donald TrumpDonald TrumpUkraine's president compares UN to 'a retired superhero' Collins to endorse LePage in Maine governor comeback bid Heller won't say if Biden won election MORE's denuclearization talks with North Korea on June 12," it adds.
CNN will broadcast the town hall on both its domestic cable news channel and around the world on CNN International, citing "spiking global interest in American politics."
Democrats need a net gain of 23 seats to win back the House. Pelosi was Speaker of the House from 2007 to 2011.
Pelosi has participated in three CNN town halls in 2017, including the most recent one in October, which also featured Cuomo as moderator.
The town hall comes 12 days before Cuomo's new show, "Cuomo Prime Time," premieres on CNN on June 4 in the competitive 9 p.m. timeslot.
