Scaramucci's hiring led to Spicer's decision to resign on Friday

The exclusive interview will air at 10 p.m.

The interview will be highly anticipated in part because of reports that Spicer was unhappy with President Trump's decision to hire Scaramucci.

Spicer did not allude to that in a tweet confirming his resignation, writing that it was "an honor and a privilege" to work at the White House for six months.
