Trump at the rally defended his response to the Charlottesville violence, which he blamed on "both sides." He also offered criticism of McCain, who was recently diagnosed with brain cancer and cast the deciding vote against the GOP's ObamaCare repeal bill last month.

Navarro has repeatedly said she does not believe that Trump is fit to be president and once also said that he is “unfit to be human.”
