The war of words began again on Wednesday when Hannity referred to Kimmel as an "assclown" and a "despicable disgrace" for mocking the first lady's accent over a clip of her reading a story to children during the Easter event.
"Ass-clown Kimmel. Now I got to tell you something. What a disgrace. Hey, Mr. Kimmel, that's her fifth language. How many do you speak?" Hannity asked.
Kimmel responded Thursday night on his show, remarking it was ironic that he was being called a "despicable disgrace" by a former supporter of Roy MooreRoy Stewart MooreRoy Moore loses lawsuit against Sacha Baron Cohen Shelby backs ex-aide over Trump-favored candidate in Alabama Senate race Of inmates and asylums: Today's House Republicans make the John Birchers look quaint MORE, the controversial former Alabama GOP Senate candidate accused of pursuing romantic and sexual relationships with underage girls.
“Here’s the thing. If I’m an ass clown — and I might very well be — you, Sean, are the whole ass circus," Kimmel shot back.
The feud then turned to Twitter, where Hannity promised more attacks against the ABC host on his show and criticized Kimmel for a clip from "The Man Show," which Kimmel co-hosted from 1999 to 2003, showing the comedian making sexual jokes to an 18-year-old girl.
"More of Disney’s @jimmykimmel being Harvey Weinstein Jr.," Hannity tweeted, linking to the video.
"So @jimmykimmel (aka Harvey Weinstein jr) I’ll have much more tomorrow...... @Disney Tick Tock.. Best Sean #pervertkimmel," he added.
"I can't wait!" Kimmel responded.
