"Personal news: She made a very public debut during this presser, so it’s a good time to share my husband and I are thrilled to meet our baby girl in January!" Jiang tweeted.

"Can’t wait to teach her when a man orders you to 'sit down' because he doesn’t like what you’re saying, do anything but," Jiang added, an apparent reference to her exchange with Trump at a press conference last week.

Trump told Jiang to "sit down" after she repeatedly tried to ask him about Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Jiang asked if the sexual allegations against the president have influenced his opinions of the accusations against Kavanaugh.

She remained standing until Trump eventually answered her question.

"It does impact my opinion because I've had a lot of false charges made against me," Trump said. "I'm a very famous person, unfortunately. I've been a famous person for a long time."

Her interaction with the president came amid a televised press conference on a wide range of topics at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
