President Trump on Tuesday sparred with Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) over the president’s demand to fund a border wall, threatening a government shutdown if he does not get the money he has requested.
