Gillibrand to appear on Fox News Monday night

Presidential hopeful Sen. She'll be interviewed by Chris Wallace, who will fill in for anchor Bret Baier. 

Gillibrand will discuss her presidential bid and her effort to establish a permanent authorization for a compensation fund for victims of the 9/11 terrorist attack. She is expected to unveil legislation authorizing the permanent fund on Monday before the interview airs.
