Dobbs has been a vocal supporter of Trump, tweeting earlier on Independence Day, "God bless America and our Great President! #MAGA."

Trump, who often says that the Defense Department has been revitalized during his presidency, focused mostly on celebrating the armed forces in his speech and encouraged Americans to join the military.
