Police say man dangling off Trump Tower Chicago demanding to speak with Trump

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the man is in his 20s and was dangling off a balcony for more than two hours Sunday night. Police told the outlet a negotiator was attempting to get the man safely down after he threatened to kill himself.

Authorities also said the man appeared to be using a climbing harness. 



The situation resolved "peacefully" more than 13 hours later, when the man was taken into custody, according to Chicago Police spokesman Tom Ahern on Twitter.
