The 23 Republicans who opposed Trump-backed budget deal

Nearly two dozen Republican senators joined with a handful of Democrats to oppose a two-year budget and debt ceiling deal.

The agreement passed the Senate in a 67-28 vote Thursday, setting top-line defense and nondefense spending numbers for the next two fiscal years and suspending the debt ceiling through 2021.
