More than 100 Cincinnati Bell employees created the mural Wednesday at the company’s headquarters. Using Post-its in the colors of the Pride flag, the team spelled out “PRIDE” on 96 windows extending from the 9th to 16th floors, WLWT reports.

The company posted a photo of the finished product to Facebook.

“Cincinnati Bell is committed to a supportive environment that encourages every employee to bring their full selves to work,” company CEO and President Leigh Fox said in a release, CNN reports. “I am so proud of our Pride Employee Resource Group members and their leadership in driving Cincinnati Bell’s Pride Month celebrations.”

The company, which is a corporate sponsor of the June 22 Pride parade in Cincinnati also said it would light up some of its signage using Pride colors, CNN reports.

The move is the latest of a string of actions U.S. cities are taking to celebrate Pride Month. New York and Wisconsin are flying the Pride flag over each of their state capitols for the first time in history.
