Ohio police investigating after gunfire opened on house with 'Dump Trump' sign

Police in Ohio are investigating a home being shot at early Wednesday after its resident said he believed it had to do with a “Dump Trump” sign displayed in his window.

A Green, Ohio, resident told authorities that an unknown person went into his yard and took his anti-Trump sign, News 5 Cleveland reported. The Summit County Sheriff’s Office said a second person then shot at the “Dump Trump” sign through the window.

Authorities said two shotgun shell casings were recovered from the scene. A window and the home's siding were damaged in the incident, which occurred the day after Election Day.
