Klobuchar: Trump 'wants this chaos' caused by expected ICE raids

"He wants us to be talking about this today and he uses these people as political pawns," she said on ABC's "This Week."
Klobuchar asked why Trump would broadcast the ICE raids and alert the migrants agents will target if his true intention is removing security risks from the streets.
"If you really wanted to go after the security risks ... why would you alert them and say you're doing this on a Sunday?" she asked.
She said the president "wants this chaos to distract people" and the raids are about "scaring everyone" and "changing the news."
While she added that she doesn't support decriminalizing border crossings, Klobuchar emphasized she would have different enforcement priorities when it comes to immigration.
"I don't support open borders and simply getting rid of the statute," she said. " I think the answer is having a new president."
