Medicare agency drops proposed pharmacy restrictions at nursing homes
The agency, however, decided to move forward with a controversial proposal to remove from the Medicare program Medicare Advantage and Medicare prescription drug plans that consistently perform poorly. The low-rating plans would first get the ax starting in 2015.
