Report: SeaWorld caps workers' hours, avoiding ObamaCare mandate

SeaWorld did not confirm that the move is designed to avoid the healthcare mandate, but it comes on the heels of several large employers saying they will curb workers' hours to avoid providing health benefits.

Republicans have seized on the reports to argue that ObamaCare hurts the very people it was intended to help. Democrats say the reports of shifts to part-time workers are overblown.

The administration recently announced a one-year delay in the employer mandate.
